Ready to earn your R.O. pin?  We're seeking SASSŪ members who are interested in becoming range officers. Boben Weev has offered to conduct a Range Operations Basic Safety Course [Level I] this winter.  Cost of the class is around $15.  The course involves approximately 4 hours of class time and a test on the material.  Passing the R.O. I course is the first step in becoming eligible to serve as a Range Officer at SASSŪ club matches.  Interested? Please tell us if you'd like to participate in the R.O. I course by contacting Boben Weev at stpinkel@att.net or see Boben Weev at the next match.  What times and days work best for you? Let us know. If there is sufficient interest, we'll have the course in the Springfield area.  See the SASS R.O. I Handbook for more information <http://www.sassnet.com/Shooters-RO-I-VerJ-001A.php> or talk to one of Range Officers for more information about what it entails.
